Principal Message

Dear Apollo Students, Families, Staff, and Community,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! It is with great excitement, gratitude, and optimism that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Apollo Middle School. I am honored to join this incredible school community and look forward to partnering with our students, families, staff, and community members as we continue to build a culture of excellence for every student.

This year marks my 27th year in education, and I have had the privilege of serving students in a variety of roles throughout my career. I spent 17 years as a science teacher and multi-sport coach, followed by leadership roles at the high school and middle school levels, including serving as an Academy Principal at Antioch High School last year.

These experiences have reinforced my belief that student success is built through strong relationships, high expectations, clear communication, and a commitment to putting students at the center of every decision.

This year, our theme is Undeniably Apollo: Building a Legacy of Excellence Together.

Being undeniable means that our commitment, effort, and success are so evident they cannot be questioned. It means showing up each day ready to learn, lead, and give our very best. We will be undeniable in our focus on learning, our respect for one another, and our pursuit of excellence in everything we do.

Together, we will celebrate growth, overcome challenges, and support one another as one Apollo family. By working together—students, staff, families, and community partners—we will continue building a school where every student feels valued, challenged, and empowered to succeed. I am excited about what lies ahead and look forward to making this year truly Undeniably Apollo as we continue Building a Legacy of Excellence Together.
